Accuracy in Media; AIM n. A US organization founded in 1969 by Reed Irvine to act as a “watchdog of the news media that critiques botched and bungled news stories and sets the record straight on important issues that have received slanted coverage.” AIM tends towards a politically conservative, traditional values philosophy in counterpoint to the perceived liberal bias of the majority of the US news media.
